The acronym COBRA stands for “Consolidated Omnibus
Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985. This Act gives employees the ability to elect to continue participating in their group health insurance coverage after their employment ends. COBRA gives participants who would otherwise lose coverage due to certain events, such as termination or a reduction in hours, the opportunity to temporarily continue their employer’s group health care coverage by paying the premium directly.

Our Certified COBRA Administrators and software vendor provide full support for employees,
employers, and your Human Resources staff through our complete COBRA/HIPPA administration
process. Employers can access our online system at any time to check the status and information
of their existing COBRA participants and can also generate a wide variety of reports. Our staff is
certified, highly dedicated and ready to assist with navigating the COBRA administration process.
